Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this website collects when you register for the Build Your Brand Class, what I do with it, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Tshidi Ramanamane (“I”). For any question or request about your information, email tshidi@tshidirams.com.

What I collect

• The first name and email address you type into the registration form.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit, such as your IP address and device or browser type. My hosting provider handles this to deliver and protect the website.
• Advertising measurement data: this website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. When you visit or register, Meta receives that event along with identifiers from your browser, such as cookies and your IP address, so that my ads can be measured and improved.
• If you join the WhatsApp group, that happens on WhatsApp, not on this website. Other group members can see your name and phone number, as set by WhatsApp’s own settings and policy.

How I use it

• To register you for the class and send you a confirmation with the class details.
• To email you about the class, and occasionally about related programmes and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure whether my ads reach the right people.

I do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles your information

I use these service providers, who process information on my behalf or as part of their own service:

• Brevo: stores your name and email and sends my emails.
• Cloudflare: hosts and protects this website.
• Vimeo: plays the video on the page. Its player only loads when you press play.
• Google Fonts: your browser fetches the page’s fonts from Google when the page opens, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Meta: the advertising Pixel described above.
• WhatsApp and Zoom: where the class community and the live class take place.

These providers may process information outside South Africa, including in the European Union and the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to me at the address above. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Children

This website is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
